Betrayed by words

Sometimes things sound fantastic, when they are not really that great. For example, I have been purchasing 'extra lean' ground beef from a particular store and was so excited because it tasted so good and was super cheap! Then I decided to make some taco meat with it and as I was browning it, I was shocked at the amount of grease in the pan for 'extra lean' meat. I decided to check the package and there was no indication of the fat content. So I called the store. I was informed by the butcher that the 'extra lean' is 85/15 and the 'super lean' is 90/10. I had been trained to think that extra lean was the 90/10 and the super lean was 96/4 as it is at other stores, but that is not the case at this particular store. I thought I would share that story to illustrate that sometime the wording on "deals" is all just words. Do you research and determine if it is really as spectacular as it says it is before you buy!
